 Please contact your Team Administrator if you can help with one of the "Watson Home games" At the snack bar, please email them. This is our biggest fundraiser and helps keep our ice cost down, Thank you.

  *****  Reminder that if your team wants to open at practices please do so... Sometimes it is best to judge when you get there... a hot cup of coffee is always nice!

General Info:

Opening the Snack Bar

Get the "Swipe key" from either the Zambonie person or the Hall Monitor. (it is like a Hotel Key)
Once in the snack bar our key is hidden under the front counter on the right, it is on a hook. This is the only way we could figure to do it since we can not make keys.

That key opens the top Cabinet only. We have the other two key for the lower two cabinets on a key chain in the top. (please make sure to keep them there)
The top Cabinet has the Money ($80.00) petty cash in the smaller bills. All money handeling instructions are in the cabinet.

Place all the goods you are selling on the front counter, with the price list. (if you are unsure of a price , please do the best you can to price an item) ie: Candy if it is small 2 for .50 bigger candy 1 for .50.

All the fridge items are all marked on the selves.These are the only selves we can use. All over stock items are in the under cabinet if you need a refill. In the freezer there are hot pockets,corndogs...

If it is really busy please see the menu in the cabinet, you may order up to two pizza from Brunswick Variety... they will bill us but we need to go get it from them.

Make hot coffee and hot choclate... and hot water if you would like.

Closing:
Put all fridge items on our selves back, and dry goods on the bottoms two cabinets. The top shelf is where you can place the smaller items and lock all of the money.

Please count (excluding the change) $80.00 petty cash for the next parent so they have change. anything over that amount grab an envelope and put only cash in there (ie all above the $80... so if you have a total of $200, you would deposit the $120.00) . Write the date, the amount , and your intials. I pick-up the deposit from there make sure you mark with the date,amount, and your intials of who counted this.

Lock all of our stuff up leave the community cash box out only , it is marked .

Rinse the coffee pours and leave in sink

turn off the oven and coffee maker

lock the bottom cabinets... and place the key chain up on the top shelf. lock the top cabinet and be sure to put the hide a key back under the counter.

Just throw any trash away and wipe counters.

Please leave me a note if you see we are running low.  You can either write it on the envelope with the deposit or email me. I shop twice a week!!!

Snack Shack Instructions that may help!

Please be sure to get here on time so that parents do not need to wait to be relieved.

 

If you are scheduled to work at the snack shack and cannot make it –it is up to you to switch with another parent.

 

Please be sure at the end of each day that you write a deposit ticket out, initial it, and leave in a separate envelope sealed in the top cabinet. Please leave $80.00 in petty cash for the next open day. I will pick-up the deposits every other day.

 

 

If you see that we are running low on anything, please write it in the pass down book or email me.

 

There will be an emergency kit left here, in case a player needs assistance. Please make sure that no one takes it away. (this belongs to MCYA)
